Our zampone comes from a mixture of selected meats, which are kneaded and stuffed into the pig's foot bag.

A classic during the winter season, especially during the Christmas holidays, it goes well with legumes (especially lentils) and mashed potatoes. Also try small pieces, sautéed in a pan with a plate of pasta and artichokes.
