Fresh meat of heavy pork grown in Piedmont (classic weight between 160 and 180 kilograms).

It is a very tasty meat, with an adequate level of fat, a uniform color, a fragrant aroma and a strong and delicate flavor at the same time. The pigs grow near the headquarters of the sausage factory and are slaughtered inside the plant.
In part the meat is sold fresh in its different cuts: it can be cooked to taste, according to traditional recipes, for exquisite appetizers or important second courses. Another part of pork meat is destined to the production of delicious cured meats and hams.
