We add to the traditional spices also the chili pepper which gives the characteristic spicy aroma and the typical red color. Excellent to slice and enjoy on the spot with a piece of bread, it becomes indispensable in paella (for which it will be fried without adding anything else) and a gourmet ingredient for the filling of the Diavola pizza. Diced and scalded, it is also excellent for spicy sauces. It is recognizable by the classic horseshoe shape.
