A mixture of carefully selected meat, using both lean and succulent parts is minced together with Cervere leek to enhance this excellent product.Encased and tied by hand, we supply it vacuum-packed to preserve its flavour and freshness and also in ordinary packaging.
It is deliciously cooked slowly, cut into slices, and accompanied by a mix of mixed vegetables or legumes.
