We offer fresh meat from heavy pigs reared in Piedmont. Heavy pigs are a type of pig with a carcass weight of 160 to 180 kilograms.
The main feature of the Italian heavy pig is the meat, which is very flavoursome, with a moderate amount of fat. It has a uniform colour, a fragrant aroma and a robust yet delicate flavour. Our pigs are raised near our headquarters and we slaughter them at our factory. We sell them in various fresh cuts and will transform them into gourmet meats.
