We produce various delicious traditional Piedmont charcuterie products. These include the "regionalissimo" cooked salami and the “Gepe Capra” "municipal" sausage, a cooked sausage with mixed lean cuts and "muscoli di testa", cured with a special rind of spices suggested by a former butcher of our country, "Munsù Gepe Capra".

All of our delicacies are 100% free from allergens. Our fresh cotechini are available in various formats and the classic zampone, made with local meat, steamed and wrapped in Christmas packaging. To follow the classic slice of cooked spitroast pork and the cooked roast.

COTECHINO (cooked salami-type sausage)

Our cotechino sausage is made of selected pork cuts, using both lean and succulent parts in balanced proportions. Seasoned with spices and stuffed in natural casings. Great slow cooked, sliced ​​and served with a side dish of steamed vegetables or legumes.

 

ZAMPONE FRESCO

Our fresh zampone (stuffed pig's trotter) is a mixture of selected meat, which are blended and bagged in the pig's trotter after it has been carefully cleaned and sewn. A classic in the winter season, especially over the Christmas period, it goes well with legumes, especially lentils and mashed potatoes. It is also delicious diced into small chunks and stir-fried, with a plate of pasta and artichokes.

Our festive traditional pre-cooked pig's trotter comes in Christmas packaging and is a must-have for the Christmas table.
