ITALIAN CURED MEATS FROM PIEDMONT

Salumificio Benese was started in the early 70s as a small butcher's and later became an important player in the pork meat industry, later moving its headquarters to Bene Vagienna, a small town close to the Langhe region.

Our aim has always been to offer quality Italian meats. Our pigs are reared exclusively in Piedmont and carefully selected to offer 100% traceable authentic products.

Over the years we have specialised in the production of sausages, cured meats and hams:as well as fresh cuts

  • Italian cooked ham, processed using traditional methods and allergen-free products

  • cooked spitroasts
  • lardo (cured pork fat)
  • Cuor di Lonza (heart loin)
  • ""Gepe Capra" salami" and stuffed pig's trotters, produced during the Christmas season
  • Parma ham, San Daniele ham, as well as our own quality products.
