CUOR DI LONZA WITH BAROLO DOCG GRAPE MARC WINE
The Cuor di Lonza with Barolo DOCG grape marc wine is a delicate meat that is particularly lean and free of allergens.It is made from the heart of the pork loin, is expertly spiced, "pampered" and hand-tied, then marinated in Barolo grape marc wine and left to age.With its low salt content, it is an excellent sausage to be enjoyed on its own, or with olive oil, lemon and Parmesan cheese flakes, or to create interesting party foods.Try it in dumplings stuffed with pomegranate for an explosion of flavours, or with small fruits.Its delicate flavour combines well with the sharp sweetness of the fruit.
LARD WITH BAROLO GRAPE MARC DOCG
Lardo, a typical product of the Cuneo country tradition has always been a staple on the dinner table. It is a rich charcuterie product, delicate and very versatile.We thought we would embellish it with Barolo DOCG grape marc wine, skilfully combining the two flavours.It is left to cure for about a fortnight and, once it reaches maturation, it is finished and packaged.Great on charcuterie boards, delicious sliced on hot bruschetta and also spread on bread.
